The URL’s havent been erased though, those affected have been given time (30 days) to put into place measures that prevent operators from ‘targetting’ Kentucky, basically IP banned them.
Anyone who fails to do so within the time frame will be reviewed once the 30 days are up and then its likely that the URL will be taken.
