In this dialogue it all doesn’t become very clear what Joe is on about. He said the business “is making 250k”. Now does that mean profit or revenues? And if it is profit the business that he wants to buy as a sole plumber would probably be another one man plumber show. If that was the case then he would have to be heck of a plumber to turn over enough on his own to make $250k in profits.
