Well, we have always had link firesales.
I find unskilled people very useful and always have a number of them on board. They can look around for updates, check links and do any number of unskilled tasks that my skilled people lose precious time on.
From a business point of view, splitting tasks between skilled and unskilled makes all the sense. Saves me a bunch of money.
Ute (the German) actually has a number of skills that are useful to me. Often times people don’t even know they have skills.
I often let my guys bring in unskilled relations who are in a pinch and I have never regretted it. They save me money while they make money. IMO, it’s a win-win.
Hopefully it will stay within reasonable proportions, I can’t keep all Cappers busy, lol.
I think that one thing that keeps a lot of affiliates from growing to make money is that they try to do everything themselves and pocket every penny of income themselves. That is a sure fire recipe for a stale, no growth business.
