My regular bed time goes from 11pm to 6am, taking into consideration that sometimes internet keeps me up until 1, therefore is only 5 hrs of sleep, plus a baby who wakes up any moment. The fact is that those few hrs of sleep are not straight sleep and I do not get proper rest. Weekend is generally when I recharge my batteries. I think at the end your body gets use to it.
How are you feeling from your “sport injury”? :wink-wink
