I am a softy and a giver I guess and I believe in the work thing as well like Dom said but what if that just isn’t doing enough and they are working their azzes off and we see them doing this but still they just can’t seem to get ahead of the game.
That is why I think there should be a board or committee of some type that would have to vote on and approve before anything is dispersed. I think this will be great for CAP and the members, you know how they say take care of your home first, well to me CAP is like a home and family to me and I am sure others feel the same.
I think if there is a board it is better that way, if you have a group of people between them all any riff raff should be weeded out.
