Post lard ass days, I used to be a runner and basketball player, too much jarring on my back lead to spraining my back. No walking of moving for a week. Taking a crap was so hard :(

Posture, massage(chinese deep tissue for an hour), and a comfy chair helps. I prefer the Aeron chair, high wide back, feels like im sitting on air, i dont get sweaty sitting on it, find it really hard to slouch in the chair, and configurable in every way. Pick them up for about $1500 Aussie for the el premo, big version.

This might sound excessive.. but 12-16 hrs a day on Aeron isn’t a problem… its been Rak tested. Just dont sleep in it. :Cry:
