It’s reported that AIG spend over $400,000 of our bailout money at a resort ONE WEEK after they got it. Now that is a CRIME, shame and disgrace to the American people!
We don’t get government aid, but after spending a week partying at an industry event, i hate to see stuff like this being dragged out as the whipping boy. What if they eliminate the deduction for entertainment, trade shows to stop this stuff? :Ohno:

With AIG you have to ask, what was the event, who was there, etc. At some level these devastated companies need to retain most employees for near term at the very least. If they treat everyone left behind as criminals, people will leave and the government will have paid $85 billion for 80% of AIG (via warrants) and it will collapse for lack of talent. We want it to function, clean itself up and cut the cost of doing all this.
