I want to believe him too and he told me the same. All I can say is that it’s not unusual, or unfair IMO, for a casino to try and market themselves before opening up to affiliates.
Maybe there’s an affiliate here who has a player account and can confirm if they received an email? Unfortunately I closed a whole bunch of mine recently incl. Club USA so can’t confirm the offer is made to all players there.
