I’m not one for any kind of affiliate-unfriendly terms but I don’t see this as all that bad. They just want you to send 5 players and doesn’t have to be all at once or every month but rather a one time thing.
solution for Rick: get 4 buddies to sign up. Yes it might cost you the price of minimum deposit for 4 accounts but it sounds like you got enough coming to cover the cost and still show a positive. Plus you’d be past the quota from now on so any further money earned will also be payable to you …
I’d probably offer to pay minimum deposits and ask friends to place the bet on a wager with a decent payoff … some kind of parlay … and if they hit you split the winnings which your half might likely cover the cost of meeting the quota
in any case its a lot better than where you are now even if nobody wins any money
