Thank you Professor and the CAP team to make things go to the right direction.

In every area of my life I believe in open communication, so it’s definitely good that they lift the corporate policy and now allow to communicate with affiliates in public. I think I’m not alone with the assumption that who doesn’t want to lay their cards in public then he has something to hide, and that makes me think that something is not OK. We have seen a lot of affiliate programs vs. affiliates discussions here in CAP and lots of them achieved a great consensus. If I understood it right, they will comment now once on said topics. Improvement, but that is not a discussion imho. From my experience many times these answers generate new questions. What is the point of releasing a Press Release like answer and not involving in further discussions?

I am new to the casino field, I promoted poker and bingo mixed with some slots. As a newbie to any casino programs I cannot guarantee new players. It takes time to land that first casino player and I give every program a chance if not top placement on my website then top placement in my newsletter or more forum topics. But still, I cannot guarantee new players.

On the other hand if I had an established casino website, with many players, I wouldn’t dare to risk sending my players to BCP. These terms are not motivational for me, they just scare me away. I sign a contract when I trust in my partner. I don’t trust them because they can make their TC a bit more friendly, but what is the guarantee they won’t change it if they had these terms in their mind in the first place? Why other programs don’t even think about such clauses?

Why should I chose BCP over another programs that pay on 1st of the month, converting like crazy, have a communicating aff manager, and treat my players like VIP? And don’t kick me out of the program if I don’t refer any players, instead they ask if I need something to help promoting them.

Thank you Professor again for the agreements with BCP, but my business decision remains the same and I won’t promote them in the future.
