Apologies in advance but I have a confession. I actually thought Barcelona was a dirty crappy city with feck all to offer. I didn’t say anything because everyone was having a good time.
I actually think France makes the best destination but don’t suppose BWin would be too keen.
Italy is a bit of a rip off. It is beautiful though. In fact, it’s probably the most beautiful and definitely the most charming.
Germany is like Reading or Basingstoke. It’s bleak and has no character.
Spain has good weather, nice Islands and beaches. The cities are hopeless though.
Denmark, Sweden, Norway…etc… supposedly beautiful. Too cold for me though. I live in a cold, wet country so I don’t want to holiday in one with potentially worse weather.
Russia – that’s for the smug people who say ‘We don’t go to touristy places.’ Well, I bet these people never went when it was the Soviet Union.
Austria/Switzerland – I’ve been to both and they are beautiful. No chance of being ripped off. Trouble is they are German speaking and full of Ski type twats.
Belgium – not a proper country.
Holland – good for only two things.
All those countries between Germany and Russia – if I want to go to a Third World Country I’ll take my arse off to Africa where it’s warm.

Seriously though, Malta seems a good shout or perhaps Dublin for the Craic.
