We also need to bare in mind legal issues – Germany is at the top of my list but whats the legal situation there at the moment – I know a lot of peopel use .Net there and there is a shed load of affiliates there too but what I really don’t want is for the operators to be nervous so need to bare that in mind as well but don’t worry I will check all that.
