I am not a technical guy and I am unable to explain to you the ins and outs of our site maintenance. However I can tell you that we have just added a new brand/casino and we are integrating a new e-mail provider for Affiliate e-mails perhaps two reasons for maintenance.
Since taking over the Affiliate program I have set a policy of non engagement on this forum. I try to appease affiliates, alleviate their concerns and answer their questions to the best of my ability as quickly as possible, rather than argue with them. However on this occasion I will break my rule as I take great offence to your insinuations.
Yes we have been late payers in the past due to lack of organization and we have had past problems with processing, however we have had learnt from our mistakes, there have been staff changes for one (dead wood has gone), we recently moved in to bigger premises, took on more CS staff and retention staff, we just launched Cherry Red Casino and are due to launch another brand in about 3-4 weeks. C-planet is being redesigned and made more user friendly.
I personally just got back from 10 days on the road with meetings in London followed by EIG and CAP in Barcelona.
We believe in hard work and merit, we have neither the need or time to fiddle our Affiliates stats!!
