MCain will find someone else to blame, probably Obama! LOL
It sounds like the Bi-Partisan agreement between the leaders was for the Republicans to bring 50% of their guys, and the Dems to bring 50% of theirs.
In the end, the Republicans only delievered 40% and the Dems exceeded their deal and got 60% to vote for it.
So the Republicans killed it because they feel like Nancy hurt their feelings!!!
