No intentions to ignore your question. It is actually a very important one.
We are aware of the banner quality issue and are currently working with our (new) creative team on refreshing the entire casino banners inventory as well as the design of some of the casinos.
One of the first steps in this process was the launch of a set of flash banners for our Bali Trip promotion which has resulted in improved conversion. You can find those banners in EVA by sorting by Add Format or Sorting the results by Date Added.
The next step will be to upload new sets of banners that will feature the newest games, the different offers etc. Until these new sets are released, I suggest that one of our Account Managers contacts you directly to discuss the creation of customized banners based on your specific needs.
