I apologize for my late reply. I’ve been busy moving residence and it has been some long hectic days setting up and getting family settled. I’m good to go now so please let me address some concerns.
It has been a bit slow across the board lately largely to do with season. Traditionally its very slow for us in the summer as I’m sure you are all aware. We have lots of deposit options available to players including Credit Cards (cascading processors too), eWalleteXpress, Money Orders(2 different methods), echeck etc. We have had (for the last while) one of or better performing methods down. It’s a phone card method that should be back up soon (hopefully!!). I do keep track of all conversions on a weekly and monthly basis and have not noticed a significant decrease or increase in any way.
Last night, I noticed lengthy resolve times on our tracking codes which have now been fixed. I do hope this was not a contributing problem but we shall see.
Also let me comment – To even mention shaving and consider it something we practice its absolutely ludicrous. We are a well established, accredited group with a solid reputation.
ALEX777 – I’m inquiring with RTG to look at your acct. Are you using our direct download codes? I had a look at your sites…maybe it’s easier for you to please tell me where you have us listed. Id like to check your codes.
