Great thread this one and one that I keep meaning to ask.
I have felt in the past that some affiliates (mostly male) do prefer to chat to or are more open to chat to female affiliate managers than male, especially if they are a pleasure to the eye.
I have seen female aff managers using their assets to reel in affiliates which to me is pretty lame if you have to rely upon those to sell your services (unless you’re in another proffession!). But then again, models are hired at the conference for that reason!
To me it wouldnt make a difference as long as they are helpful and know a little bit about what they are doing, the rest I should be able to manage!
