If the issue/question you raise is posted on CAP – be prepared that most if not all Affiliate managers will want to take the issue off public forum. And if you don’t get the immediate answer you want, don’t then take the issue back to the forum. Jumping between emails and forums posts is the quickest way to break down the communication.
