I believe all affiliate programs offer large CPA’s but as Shay indicated, it can depend largely on your site and relationship with the affiliate program. For obvious reasons, casino portals with lots of traffic usually receive higher CPA’s because they are driving a large volume of players to the said casino. Also, if you are actively promoting a casino brand on your site and working diligently to help promote the brand, most affiliate managers will be able to boost your CPA as a sign of support for working together.
