Just a follow up:
To the first post in the thread. The AM at Betonline checked into it. Apperently, hes new to the Affiliate business. As I figured he was wrong about my paying the whole %20 of the initial deposit bonus. So when all is said and done I did get the most of the $400, but I still have to pay the 8% transaction fee. Which im not thrilled with. Just to let you guys know what the final word was.
