Steve as stated i don’t have any issues with you because we dont do business with you but please remember that some people here liked your former employees.Since you are now in a position to fix all these issues i am assuming previous affiliate managers like Natalie and Nicholas had same controls and powers to get things paid .payment issues go back to 2006 just on Cap .
I took the time to read all cap threads back to 2004 before I made my remarks mainly because i have great respect for Lou and his team.I know you guys all want to wipe the slate clean but these issues go back over two years.So you guys had bad luck and hired a bunch of lazy asses for over two years? I have no doubt you have money behind you ,maybe you like to keep your money and part with it at last possible minute.There are people who do run their business that way.
I don’t mean to hijack your thread but i call a spade a spade when i see it.And i own a business ,actually my husband and i have owned a heating /air conditioning business for nearly 20 years with over 50 employees and last year had gross sales over 20 million as we do all contracts for 8 Home Depot stores in south western Ontario. I also have our media company that has 12 employees.
You will never see me blame anything on my employees because quite frankly my employees don’t have that much power unless they have proven to be efficient and loyal to us.
So if this is going to be your story ,I think you guys need to rethink that as nobody will be buying it.I am not trying to be a hard ass here and would like nothing more than to see you succeed and clean things up.
