I still apply to geographically related directories. I try to find as many UK directories for my websites that offer content specifically for the UK. I do this for two reasons. The first is the potential traffic from UK residents, and second is because I believe that the the SE’s will factor geographical relevance with where my sites are hosted, and where my incoming links are coming from.
