The normal issue with a poker commission being negative is either fraudulant accounts which we have suspended and removed funds.
Alternatively it can be that your players are winning on the poker side games.
However If you can let me know your affiliate username either emailing me or PM on here I will be more than happy to look into this a bit closer for you
