We can then look into this full for you. The games should not/do not credit one amount and then take funds away. I have never heard of this happening previously. It sounds like a display error/glitch however without more information it is difficult to know what may have happened.
As I say please send us over all the details and we can have this looked into in detail for you. Should there have been any error in the payout received then we will of course have this rectified.
