Please don’t stress over it. I do appreciate you offering to pay it back, but I’d feel better if you would keep it. 
Tonight I made the best liver and onions smoothered in gravy that you can have. I’m sure that is not appetizing to the majority, but I really enjoy it when I make it myself.
