I like the set amount idea and hope to get to that point eventually. I do give them all a small base salary though for thier moderating tasks. I also provided a desktop for my mom and a laptop for another person that only had one they shared with a spouse. I do like the idea of having them for tax relief so I utilize every break I can get.
I did the interest only loan so that helps me out, but I definately plan on paying the house off the first chance I get.
