This is a good poll – I tend to contact my affiliates depending on certain things such as an increase/decrease of average revenues etc.
Obviously, I will personally contact them if I have an idea to run past them or have a promotion that I think can help boost numbers further.
I speak to quite a few affiliates every day (I speak to 2 affiliates about 15 times a day on MSN/Skype chat) but some I speak to every 3 months.
