your site loads fine for me, as does each page and i clicked through a few (im in australia)
given i dont understand the content/language can offer you only visual advice.
home page a bit long/big but i like the look of main content, and would maybe look to split it into a few pages.
overall i think your site would be more attractive with a little more punch/colour specked, a banner or 2 maybe, through it to break up the content, but not too much as its a comfortable site to explore.
its only young, so be patient and keep adding pages as it looks good
