i may be a little late in posting a reply here, but for what its worth, i had a similar case happen to me sometime back with another operator who i felt really dragged their feet in trying to solve the problem. however, i’ve known europartners to try and move really fast though when it comes to trying to take the necessary action in stamping out this kind of foul play and keeping their good name in the industry.
