Is that actually possible though? I can see that a player can bring in a negative balance in poker if he is on a high rakeback level, plus he wins a rake race competition for a specific month. But otherwise even if deducting bonuses. If checking out the poker rooms of today, there are not many bonuses that you can clear with less rake then the actual bonus, at best you get a 100% rakeback until bonus is cleared.
So if I where you I should ask for the figures, how come your poker revenue is negative.
It would never happen for betway, and we have players clearing the 5K bonus.
Just my input,

I think it’s possible..Example:
Say you have a $100 sign up bonus that’s release in total after say 100 raked hands. In month 1 the player plays 98 raked hands and the second month the player will clear the other 2 hands and recieve the bonus. Your net rake will be negative in this situation.
This is also possible with a bonus that will be paid in smaller amounts, but it’s less likely and your negative will be alot smaller.
