In that sense, it pretty much means that nothing happens… its like saying ‘no cigar’. I may be the only aussie that uses it… I had this science teacher who always used to make sausage jokes… his favourite was:
‘There is only so much sausage you can fit through a keyhole’
No idea really what it meant, but it was hilarious all the same.
