Ah, alright, $21 seems reasonable. 
Casino.com has other value, based on it’s history i.e. the sites attached to the domain. The name isn’t what carries value to me, the history though is another story.
You can build a top ranking site on any domain, names only matter if you plan to brand. And even there you can use mediocre names, GamesandCasino is mediocre at best and well branded.
A domain that has a lot of type ins based on previously existing sites may be worth something.
Still, spending much money on a domain makes little sense to me, I’d rather spend it on the site.
