Serial tracking is a method of tracking that allows us to determine the association between a player and his or her affiliate across our partner casinos. Although this tracking has not yet been fully integrated we would like to make clear that player accounts are being audited manually and results of this audit are not currently available in real-time. Consequently all numbers are subject to change in order that we may ensure player allocation to the rightful owner.
