For the price that programs pay to be here ,i think that they have a right to contact us.I don’t mind to get a general email -one they copied and pasted to all of us just as basic introduction.Sometimes emails like this have resulted in very profitable partnerships for me as there are so many programs that sometimes a good one will fall through the cracks.I think the proper thing to do is respectfully reply with a no thanks or maybe open a conversation with them.

I don’t know what the rest of you are doing but i am too busy to whine about spam every time i get one. These programs are here because of the value the contacts at CAP bring to them.If i were them and told i can’t contact members i surely wouldn’t be staying lol. Some programs have to try a bit harder than others to get our attention but i certainly wouldn’t make them feel bad for sending me an email.

Having said all that ,if they are sending 10 a week and nagging then definitely they have to be stopped.Just my two cents worth :)
