Being that I am new to the affiliate programs, the issue I have with Crystal Ball was disheartening. I was very excited that I was going to receive MY VERY FIRST PAYMENT from a program since I started all of this a couple of months ago. Makes me wonder sometimes, if it’s worth it.

I had a +132.00 coming to me in July from June’s payouts and was waiting and waiting for it to hit my QT but nothing ever came. I contacted Playshare, who then in turn contacted Oded, the manager at Crystal Ball.

He kindly pointed out to me that the program had a negative carry over policy, a minimum of $500 payout and only wire transfers.

I wrote back thanking for the info and left it at that.

After a night’s sleep, I thought I would scour the t & c’s of the program and found nothing that stated what he told me. I copied, highlighted and sent off everything I could find and told him that it was an unacceptable answer I received from him.

He replied back “We are actually a while label program and there are some things we still need to change in the T&C; thanks for pointing that out, we will have that changed as soon as possible”. And then also, after reviewing my account they decided to pay me but went on to say……………

“Nevertheless we are a private white label group and so I would ask you to remove us from your sites as we are not able to offer the full advantages of an affiliate program such as G3 affiliates; I would suggest for you to use Grand Mondial who have great conversions.
Many thanks,
Oded”

I thanked him for the payment and took the banners down right away. From that day on July 29th, I have never been able to log on to the site to check any stats or to see if payment was sent.

And I still have not received my payment. In their defense, from another email, I should see it in a couple more days from now.

My concern is that if affiliates here are wondering about their July payment, will I ever see my June payment?

$132 is not a whole lot of money, but for me and my new venture, it would have made the biggest difference in the world to me!
