Alex, you make a good point here – I believe sub-affiliate commission is important due to the small nature of our business. Affiliates will tend to ask other affiliates (that they know via conferences, link exchanges etc) for their opinion regarding conversions, payout times etc.

It’s only normal we pay them a decent % but as you said, it needs to be monitored closely.
