This is a good thread – I do get asked alot of about tiers for bringing in a certain amount of sub-affiliates etc.
We try and offer them what we see as competitive in the industry – obviously there are cases that need special attention.
More views and thoughts on the importance of this would give me (and I am sure, other AMs) a good picture of how we should compensate affiliates for referring their fellow webmasters.
