I got in contact with Marlo from Playshare affiliates
and he says:

Marlo here, I’ve taken over from Belinda. I am sorry to inform you that at the request of the Casino owners we had to turn off the Golden Cairo affiliate program. They are however still responsible for the affiliates they signed up to their program.
Should you have any unresolved issues with them, we will be happy to do whatever we can from our side to assist in getting the matter resolved.
