I know for our program at Tower in your tracker codes there is information that connects the sub affiliate and their earnings to the first affiliate (you), its completely automated.
For how to sign up as a sub affiliate you would be provided a banner or textlink from the affiliate that they got from our promo’s section made specifically for signing up sub affiliates. And that would be how the initial tracking gets registered with us.
For your last question if you sign up as a sub affiliate you are connected in Poker, Casino & Bingo everything..
