Personally, I prefer email rather then anything esle. Contact through email is the best as i can read, and reply at my own discretion, pace and time.
Moreover, with email, One may always refer back to the entire discussion in the event where there is a dispute.
Finally, the worst part about phone calls for me is… I live half way across the world, and when my affiliate managers call, its usually 2-3am in the morning where i’m at.
