Even without the phased out casinos? e.g. Miamai Paradise and Arthurian did very well for me.

Like I said I did not get the clue why a new affiliate program was needed that badly. The old ones were just fine and had more data reporting options. Now we ALL have to change our links and banners, which always is a ton of work (even with redirects). I guess nobody likes to do that if it is not for a good reason.
