Firstly I’d like to say I am a very big fan of Rival casinos, both as a player and an affiliate.
However, IMHO these ‘technical problems’ are nothing short of total bull! :flush:
Either they are having cash-flow problems, or they are just trying to hold on to players & affiliates cash as long as possible. 
If Sloto’cash can pay quickly – so can the others.
This is the main reason for the drop of in deposits in my view, though there is a small element of the seasonal effect as well.
