They have no clue how to resolve what they started in Iraq ,going after Iran will just give them more enemies.Sadly the ameriacan people are not in support of this agenda yet they will probably be the ones to suffer the most.I lost many friends when this war started ,I said from day one it was about a gallon of gas and it makes my blood boil when they try to tie Iraq to 911.
I think had bush focused on osama and afghanistan the world would be much better today.
I have been in Iraq ,before and after the 1991 invasion.Iraq was a beautiful country , people even the poor people had nice homes ,clean clothes and safe food to eat.The death and suffering in iraq after the usa invaded increased 10 fold ,I am not speaking of the direct deaths when the bombings happened in 1991 .I am speaking of the numbers of people who died of cancer and radiation poisioning as a result of the toxic wastes left behind , the water systems and food being compromised.
The americans cannot resolve the conflicts of Iraq , much like the gang ssues and people killing eachother over territory and drugs we see in our big cities.
The problems in Iraq and many muslim countries are sunni/shia divisions that go back to when the prophets were still alive.These fights will be going on for eternity and sadly the usa governement think they can solve it all.What is happening now is probably these groups rather work together against american than side with americans. You will probably see Iran and Iraq form some sort of union soon for similar reasons.Bush goes on about terrrorism and this war had to make usa safer,if anything i think he has made the country more enemies.
I think if you polled Iraqi people they would be glad to get their country back to the state it was pre 1991.Bush has ruined two countries in the past 8 years ,fortunately for Iraq it has the oil to fall back on.
