I have received a lot of interest for the site, but not too many offers. It seems most buyers want a guide price before making an offer.
PAP suggests 10 to 18 months revenue for the price. Since my traffic is well targeted and considering that the site has good content, a community of players, a unique league that differentiates it from competition and good growth potential, I expect to sell it for at least 10 months revenue.
I am therefore suggesting $15,000 as a starting point for the site’s price.
