I have received quite a few questions regarding the sale, so I will answer the main ones here.

Reason for selling:

I’m selling the web site because I’m starting a full time job next week. I wish I could keep running it, but it will become too difficult with this new job.

How to run the league / Time needed:

Running the leagues doesn’t require too much time. I send the tournament details to my affiliate manager every month (just need to change dates and passwords at this point). I have to add the tournament results in the database (I usually do this once or twice a week). The points are all calculated automatically by running a script. You also have to update the database and the site at the start of a new month. Those are the important things which must be done for the league, and it only takes a couple hours per week. However, there are currently some more time-consuming things on the site, which you may choose to discontinue if you prefer. The forums take a lot of time to moderate. I currently require 3 posts to have access to the password section, and I manually give access to members (this could be automatic if you want). I also have emails sent before each tournament, so I have to prepare all those emails for the upcoming month.

You will need some technical knowledge to run the leagues. Everything is already set up, but it will help a lot if you already have experience with databases, editing html and understanding php. There is a control panel to run the site.

Affiliate accounts:

I’m not sure if my MGR accounts can be transfered. In either case, I was not planning on including the accounts in the sale. If that is important to you, we can always negotiate a price for the transferable accounts if you make an interesting offer on the site.

A significant amount of revenue comes from CPA deals. You will be earning the same revenue from those accounts starting on the first month. As for the MGR accounts, I receive many new sign ups (over 100 per month at some poker rooms) so it doesn’t take long to start generating revenue.

Revenue and Expense details:

If you want my spreadsheet with the 2008 finances, send me an email at webmaster [at] instant poker money . com and I will send that to you. This will give you a breakdown of all my revenue and expenses.

Keywords:

The site receives most of its SE traffic from these keywords:

free poker money
no deposit poker
no deposit bonus
free bankroll

and many variations of these keywords.

Price:

At this point, I’m looking for offers. Once I receive enough offers, I want to start a bid for the site. However, if someone offers enough money I might sell the site without an auction. If you are interested, please make an offer.
