Sorry, I feel I should expand on this after my atempt at being funny!
When I worked there the stats issue crept in around a week before I left, not sure what caused it but I was unable to get any response from the support desk as I was working from home for them (aka. Mansion).
Since then I do not know what happened but I was trying to get it sorted for a number of affiliates that I worked with.
Ignoring emails is pretty bad though!
