I would make that request for large amount over 10k.
I had a similar situation with cpays with a -7k balance and I removed banners when they would not wipe it out so i’m not sure, but I figure it would take less than 3 months to recover from it.
If the player has not played it back within a couple months then it’s likely they moved on.
