Aweber (http://www.aweber.com) is an email service company, and they do take spam very seriously. I actually use Aweber to send out my newsletters (double opt-in, of course). A lot of webmasters with mailing lists use Aweber — not just gambling webmasters.

Taking down Aweber would be like trying to take down Hotmail or Gmail because a spammer used those services to send spam.

I’m not really up to speed with this Fortune spam issue, but I wanted to pass along what I know about Aweber. Hopefully this info saves you some time.

also the spammers domain – which is redirecting via aweber.com

Can you explain this a bit more? Are you saying that when you visit the spammer’s website, you are redirected to Aweber.com?
