Thanks for your input and opinions Tribun. While I agree with you on some points I disagree with you on others.

I’ve promoted the GW casinos since I started in this industry about three years ago and there are reasons why I continue to promote them to this day. I’ll admit that at first (maybe even to this day in some cases) I knew very little about most casinos and did not do the research that I’d suggest all new affiliates do now days. Perhaps if I had done my “research” back then I would have made some different choices about who I promote.

However, I have yet to regret my decision to promote any of the GW casinos to this day. From an affiliate view point, these casinos accept U.S. players, they convert very well, and GW has actually had some of the best affiliate managers working for them. I’ve always been provided excellent service from the affiliate managers at GW and that is a huge reason why I still promote them to this day. Although this post was about lack of communication – I received an email minutes after my post so it appears as though it was just an issue of my emails not going through.

With that said, I would NOT be promoting these casinos if I didn’t feel as though my players would be playing in a safe environment. I believe my players are safe and because of that I will continue to promote this group. I know there have been issues with this group (as there are with all groups) but I have personally made sure that all of my players have a good experience and will continue to do so. If any of my players have any issues with any of the casinos I promote (and even with casinos I do not promote) I make sure they are taken care of. I have yet to bring an issue to the attention of the affiliate managers for the GW casinos that they did not correct immediately. I think Natalie is around here to attest to the fact that I am there for my players and will always make sure they are playing in a safe environment (Nicolas would attest to this as well but I am not sure if he is around on CAP at the moment). Come to think of it, If you were to ask most of the affiliate managers for the groups I promote if I’ve ever contacted them on behalf of my players I think 95% of them would say yes.

I understand that many of us will have different opinions about the programs we all promote and I am ok with that. We all have to make decisions about who to promote and deal with the consequences of those decisions. I am comfortable sending my players to the casinos I promote because I know that they are in good hands. Should any issues come up that they need assistance with I know that I will be happy to assist them and that I’ll be able to reach my affiliate managers in a very timely manner to get our issues solved.

Sorry for the lengthy response! I’m not trying to sell anyone on promoting GW nor am I trying to persuade them against it. I just wanted to share my opinion on who I promote because it seemed like some justification was needed.

Just my two cents!
