I do not like the lack of support we get and the (mis)communication about the phased out brands. Now some of those seem not to close. I never got an email about this change. Players are not thankful if I make mistakes about this!
Never seen such a mess, sorry but you guys could do a lot better. A whole month without any support is just not a good way to start a new program. I am busy too but have to waste my time on this post!
Please explain exactly :
– what are the phased out brands
– when will happen if those close for good
– what happens to the referred players of these casinos
– what will happen if there will be some traffic to the phased out brands, do they still count for the remaining ones?
– will there be a an earnings update for May because the last week – or more – is not accounted for
– what will happen to the payment details at VP and GSN ? are they converted to SP?
– do we need to change affiliate links
– what will the T&C’s be ?
– issues already addressed
etc.
I hope the merge to Starpartner will be succesfull though.
